Alternative Dispute Resolution is still a significant tool in the Insurer's claims kit bag, especially after Halsey -v- Milton Keynes General NHS Trust.

Mark Fowles, Darren Salter and Marie Macfarlane have undergone training in the skills of Alternative Dispute Resolution/Mediation.

Mark Fowles and Marie Macfarlane both regularly mediate under the auspicious mediation pilot scheme, and all three are able to offer their services as part of our search for an innovative solution to your problem.
