Success Rate

We are able to collate statistical information on the handling of our claims, which enables us to benchmark - by way of example - against the Lord Chancellors figures for 2000, which shows a 27% success rate for Defendant's contesting Personal Injury Claims to trial, compared with the Veitch Penny success rate of 90% *applicable June 2006 - Jan 2007.
